This communication item is included on the agenda of each Regular Board Meeting to provide an opportunity for citizens to make suggestions or identify concerns about matters affecting the district or to suggest an item be scheduled for a future agenda. The President invites anyone wishing to address the Governing Board on any item that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Governing Board to do so at this time. Those wishing to address the Governing Board are invited to fill out a "Request to Speak" card (available at the door) and present it to Ms. Sue Nunes prior to this portion of the agenda.

Public Participation at Board Meetings
We appreciate your attendance and participation. At all Regular Meetings, there is an opportunity on the agenda (Hearing Section) for citizens to address the Board of Trustees for any item not appearing on the agenda. For your convenience, we have provided the protocols for addressing the Board of Trustees as well as the "Request to Speak(see PDF link below)" card. These cards are available at the board meetings or you may print out the first page of the card here and complete the card prior to arriving at the meeting.
