Public Comment Parameters:
Members of the public are welcome to participate through the public comment process. If you wish to comment on an item on the agenda or within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Governing Board, please email your name, phone number, and item for comment, in advance, to: email@example.com Please put "Public Comment" as the subject of your email. The public comment window to submit items for public comment will be open from the time of this posting, and will close at 12:30 p.m. on , 2020, three (3) hours before the beginning of the Board meeting. Individuals requesting to make public comment will be allowed into the webinar by the host in the order their emails are received by Ms. Black. Individuals will speak directly to the Governing Board through the live webinar and your comments will be heard by the Governing Board and public in attendance through the webinar broadcast. Please be sure you have the Zoom software downloaded on your computer and also be sure you can be easily identified by your device name.
