This communication item is included on the agenda of each Regular Board Meeting to provide an opportunity for citizens to make suggestions or identify concerns about matters affecting the district or to suggest an item be scheduled for a future agenda.  The President invites anyone wishing to address the Governing Board on any item that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Governing Board to do so at this time.  Those wishing to address the Governing Board are invited to fill out a "Request to Speak" card (available at the door) and present it to Ms. Laura Welsh prior to this portion of the agenda.
