Chromebooks

- If a student has broken their Chromebook screen or other Chromebook hardware, please have them return it to the High School or Middle School Media Center and ask the librarian to send in a tech ticket. 

- If you're a teacher at an elementary site with a broken Chromebook, please send in a tech ticket to techticket@bearvalleyusd.org with your name, the room number, and if you need a Chromebook replacement right away.  

- If a student has flipped or rotated the image on the screen, press Shift + Ctrl + Refresh at the same time to rotate the screen image.
